Parent & Child Krav Maga Force
Welcome to our latest Focus innovation which blends our Krav Maga Force, Focus Fitness classes and Focus Family Members into one awesome program.
Our goal is to train both parents and their children in a unique, exciting, challenging and fun fitness and self-defense class. A Class where parents can work along side their children and co-experience leadership, fitness and self-defense skills that will not only help them stay physically and emotionally healthier, but also keep the family safe.
Introduction Fee: $25/family member or $85 Family max/4 week session.
A minimum of 12 participants is needed to run this event. A parent must participate with their child and All participants must wear clean athletic shoes (no outside shoes). Each participant must have their own MMA gloves, mouth piece and groin protection for males. Children must be accompanied by, at least, one parent. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, there is a minimum age of 6. All members attending must be from your immediate family.
