Here's what you can expect in this class: Basic Fitness, Shotokan Karate, Basic Self-Defense, Kata (forms), Kumite (sparring), Fun and Interactive training, a lifetime investment in time with your child or grandchild!

         Tuesday evenings: 6:15-7:00pm

         Fee: $180/person

Current students can use this class as one of their weekly classes.
