The Focus Safe Kids Self-Defense and Leadership Camp will ensure that your child is active and safe now and in
the coming years. The key to leadership is the ability to build confidence physically and emotionally. Focus will be providing just that through this interactive, age appropriate, fun and challenging leadership camp.

Fitness: We will work their fitness including speed, agility, strength, and endurance

Self-Defense: We will teach them how to enhance their capability to fight off all types of bullies and adults who try to hurt them physically and/or emotionally!

Leadership: We will teach them how to deal with conflict and bully behavior, distraction control, communication and much more. These are leadership skills that will last a life-time!

Fun: Non-stop action, challenges and interaction with old and new friends

Snacks: Lunch is the responsibility of the student, water and light snacks will be provided
